- Welcome cocktail and dinner on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 with a 3-hour free flow of drinks. Access to fully-equipped meeting rooms, networking spaces throughout the conference.
- Lunches and dinners will be provided throughout the event dates, with a 3-hour free flow of drinks during dinners.
- One-2-One meetings and scheduler for personalised business discussions. Five coffee breaks to keep the conversations flowing.

Cancellation policy
Booking early is risk-free. Cancel by 31 July 2026 for a full credit towards future network payments. Cancelling between 1 August and 15 September 2026 gives you a 50% credit. After 15 September 2026, cancellations will not be credited.

Do You Need a Visa for Vietnam?
Before your trip, ensure you verify whether a visa is required for entry into Vietnam. We can assist you with invitation letters but we do not manage visa applications on your behalf.
